Terms of Use

Using NeatKit means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. They apply whether or not you have an account.

The tools are offered as is, with no warranty of any kind — no promise that they are available without interruption, free of defects, or fit for a particular purpose. Results are produced by code running in your browser and you are responsible for checking them before relying on them. We may add, change, or remove a tool.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

An account is optional; every tool works without one. If you create one, use an email address you control, keep your credentials to yourself, and accept responsibility for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.

You agree not to:

• attack or overload the service — automated hammering, scraping at a volume that degrades it for others, or attempts to bypass its limits or security;
• store unlawful content in your account: material that is illegal to possess or distribute, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that contains another person’s data you have no right to hold;
• use the site to harass anyone, or to break any law that applies to you;
• resell or repackage the service as your own.

You keep ownership of the text you paste and of anything you save. We claim no rights over it; saved content is stored only so the site can show it back to you. We may remove content that clearly breaks the rules above.

Pro is priced at ₹999 a year (₹99 a month on monthly billing), in Indian rupees (INR). Payment is collected by Razorpay (or another payment provider we name at checkout), under its terms as well as these.

• a Pro subscription renews for the interval you chose until you cancel;
• cancelling stops the next renewal — your plan stays active to the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free;
• reverting to Free does not delete anything you saved;
• if the price changes, existing subscribers are told before the change applies to their renewal;
• Pro today removes ads. Extra Pro features are only listed on Pricing once they actually ship.

For refunds and cancellations, email support@neatkit.in. We review refund requests case by case for unused time within 7 days of purchase. What each plan includes is listed on Pricing.

What is stored, what stays in your browser, and which third parties are involved is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms may be revised. The date at the top of this page shows the current revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
